Minnie's Shell

Minnie’s Shell is a program of JOY Youth Services Inc. Our mission is to strengthen youth, families and communities. We do this by offering mental health coaching, providing affordable housing, and teaching life skills and relationship skills. These services help residents prepare to transition into permanent housing.

We offer month-to-month housing for single women from ages 18 and up

We pay utilities (including internet/wifi)

We welcome agency referrals

We accept 3rd party payments

We encourage employment

We have a laundry on-site

We are located near public transportation

Who: Our ideal residents are single, sober, seeking a peaceful setting and serious about recovering from whatever situation led to homelessness.
