With degrees in Business Administration, Accountancy, Christian Education, and Counseling, her academic achievements are matched only by her passion for teaching and mentoring. 

Beyond academia, Dr. Gloria has been a steadfast ally for the homeless and has served faithfully as a home missionary. Her commitment to fostering environments where women can reclaim their lives and find purpose is at the core of Joy Youth Services Inc.
